Obtaining our applications
You have two ways to obtain our applications: If you downloaded it from our site, you usually get a '.dmg' file.

A '.dmg' file is an 'image' in a native mac format.
Double click it to 'mount' it.
You will have at that point a image mounted on your Mac (such as if you inserted a usb key in your Mac)
Open the virtual disk and copy form it the application to your 'Application' folder on your Mac.
Done. The installation is completed.

To run it now you can double click it form inside your 'Application' folder on your Mac.
When running it you can select the image in the 'Dock' and righ-clicking it select 'Keep on Dock' to have it always in the Dock ready to launch.

Licensing an Application
To fully use our applications please license them: Application from the App Store or from here have the same functionalities.
Also the application downloaded form here are sandboxed and notarized (signed and certified by Apple).
The only exception can be the application that are not distributed on the Apple App Store and are distributed only form here or other channels.
Usually the reason is that some application can't work if 'Sandboxed', as example application that need to perform task at 'admin' level.
In that case that application are still 'Notarized by Apple' but are not 'Sandboxed' due to the fact that they would not work correctly if 'Sandboxed'
How licensing works
It depends if you buy a license from the Apple App Store or via our resellers: After you receive an email from us containing your license you must: Please note that application retain their 'Licensed Status' also relaunching or restarting your Mac.
You need to insert your license only once.
Only in the case you buy a new Mac you need to reinsert your license.
Contacting Us
If you need to contact us requesting support for one of our application: From inside the application, under the Help menu, there is always a 'Email Support' command.
It creates an email wich contains the release of the application you rew using and macOS release you have installed.
