Support

You have two ways to obtain our applications:

• Downloading it from our site
• Getting it from the Apple App Store

If you downloaded it from our site, you usually get a '.dmg' file.

A '.dmg' file is an 'image' in a native mac format.
Double click it to 'mount' it.
You will have at that point a image mounted on your Mac (such as if you inserted a usb key in your Mac)
Open the virtual disk and copy form it the application to your 'Application' folder on your Mac.
Done. The installation is completed.

To run it now you can double click it form inside your 'Application' folder on your Mac.
When running it you can select the image in the 'Dock' and righ-clicking it select 'Keep on Dock' to have it always in the Dock ready to launch.

Our macOS applications offers always an extensive User Guide:

• You can read the user guide from here
• When running the applicaiton, a user guide is always available under the Help Menu. It is read localy, no connection required

Our iOS application offers when necessary a short guide inside the app on how to use the app.

To fully use our applications please license them:

• Application downloaded here must be licensed here from our site using one of our reseller. Please visit the Licensing area of this site
• Application received form the App Store are already licensed or may user inApp purchase. In any case they can't be licensed from our site. Any licensing process will be performed on the Apple App Store or inside the Applications

Application from the App Store or from here have the same functionalities.
Also the application downloaded form here are sandboxed and notarized (signed and certified by Apple).
The only exception can be the application that are not distributed on the Apple App Store and are distributed only form here or other channels.
Usually the reason is that some application can't work if 'Sandboxed', as example application that need to perform task at 'admin' level.
In that case that application are still 'Notarized by Apple' but are not 'Sandboxed' due to the fact that they would not work correctly if 'Sandboxed'

It depends if you buy a license from the Apple App Store or via our resellers:

• Application received from the Apple App Store are already licensed. No further steps required. In case just in-App purchase from inside the application
• Application received from here comes as 'Unlicensed'. When you buy a license form our distributor you will receive a license form us within 12/24 hours

After you receive an email from us containing your license you must:

• Copy from the email you received from us the text of the license
• Open the application you licensed
• Open the License Dialog using the 'License...' command under the Application Menu
• Paste the text of the license inside the License dialog
• Confirm
• Now reopening the license dialog you must see the application is licensed under your name
• Also opening the 'About application' dialog will show the application is licensed under your name

Please note that application retain their 'Licensed Status' also relaunching or restarting your Mac.
You need to insert your license only once.
Only in the case you buy a new Mac you need to reinsert your license.

If you need to contact us requesting support for one of our application:

• Please describe the problem in a detailed and clear way
• Please insert in the email also the application release and the macOS release you are using.
• If you fail to describe the problem in a correct way probably we will not be able to help you

From inside the application, under the Help menu, there is always a 'Email Support' command.
It creates an email wich contains the release of the application you rew using and macOS release you have installed.
